Calvary's American Baptist Youth Group

Our group is open to anyone> 6th through 12th grade.

Meeting times:  Saturday 6:00 - 8:00pm & Wednesday 6:00-8:00pm

Meeting place is at church unless noted with*

On Wednesday evenings from 6:15 to 8:00 we have Bible study in the Youth room following the Family Night Supper.  We also meet on Saturday afternoon to have a short lesson and then the rest of the evening we do something fun like watch a movie, have game night, go out for supper, go shopping and more.  It is always a lot of fun and lasts from 6 PM to around 8 PM…

YOUTH B.L.A.S.T.

We have a lot of exciting things coming up for this year!  We pray that you will make it a priority to have your child(ren) here for the meetings as it’s so much more fun with everyone here. 

We will have a fundraising event in September to sell calendars and cards.  We will be selling  wall calendars, pocket calendars and gift card packs each with scriptures on them.  We will set up a table during the photo directory pictures weekend.  Make sure you come by after or before your picture appointment and order yours!

On Saturday, September 29th we will have an overnight at the church.  All youth need to be here at 6:00 p.m.

We are meeting at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesdays after the Family Night meal and on Saturdays at 6:00 p.m.  We will not meet this Saturday as it is Labor Day weekend.

Looking ahead to October we will have a few fun events besides our regular meetings.  We will have the 10 - mile Hunger walk on Oct. 21st .  Everyone who will be walking will be looking for sponsors.  This is a long exhausting walk and it benefits a very good cause. 

“Mystery Night” at Camp Tippy will be held October 27 - 29th. 

Please keep all of our youth in your prayers as they grow in Jesus and always pray for our leaders as well as they help guide them in their spiritual walk.
